Psi Iota Xi's Children's Summer Reading Program
Participants in the Children's Summer Reading Program at the Lebanon Public Library had the opportunity to win a free book and weekly prizes. Participant may read either 20 picture books or 7 chapter books depending on their reading level or the reading level of their child(ren). Sign up at the Children's Desk to receive your reading log!

2008's theme is "Catch the Reading Bug!" We have fantastic programs planned for this year, including storytimes, babysitting and financial classes, Spanish-English bilingual storytimes, genealogy workshops, movies, crafts, and more! Special Program performers included: Campfire Kev, Adzooks Puppeteers, and local magician Marcus Lehmann.

Books on the Big Screen — Young Adult Summer Reading Program
It's print versus pic this summer! Young Adults, ages 11-18, come on out and participate in the YA (Young Adult) Summer Reading Program! Sign up in the Young Adult Department to receive your reading log. Every 250 pages of reading will earn a prize. Prizes included books, craft kits, stickers, and lots more! For every 1250 pages read you earn a ticket in the grand prize drawing. The Grand Prize is a portable DVD player! This year's program is funded in part by a grant from Youth as Resources of Central Indiana.
