Normal hours of use are from 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday at 900 W. Main St. in Lebanon. (Check in with Receptionist to have room opened.) Meeting Room needs outside the above times cannot be reserved online and can only be done under specific situations. contact for further details.
There is no charge for the room (except for Richard Anderson Center—there is a setup/tear-down fee of $50) as long as we do not have to hire someone to clean up after your meeting. If we have to clean up, the charge will be $25.
Clean up: please put trash in receptacles/bags provided, wipe off tables (if used), and sweep floors (if food or craft supplies used during meeting). If you used kitchen/lounge, wipe off counter, appliances, etc. Place trash bags in dumpster, close dumpster lid and gates (dumpster is located on east side of main entrance in parking lot).
Alcoholic beverages and firearms are prohibited.
