In the 1950s, a group of Boone County residents came together with the purpose of providing local opportunities for people with disabilities.
The organization was incorporated in 1970 and with longstanding local support, the organization continues to make progress toward it's mission. Through these efforts, people with disabilities are given a better opportunity to be contributing members in his or her own community.
