These wrecked cars were placed in front of Lebanon High School on Friday, April 26, 2002. (The LHS prom was Saturday the 27th.) These cars, and the presentation of the "Every 15 Minutes" program, served as a reminder of the consequences of drinking and driving.
Each spring before prom time, the police and fire departments in Boone County and local volunteers join together to present a program called "Every 15 Minutes" to illustrate the dangers of drinking and driving. The following photos were from the presentation at Lebanon High School.
