A coalition of organizations that mobilize community partners to provide collaborative services through a coordinated public health system and to promote healthy lifestyles.  BCHC was formed through funding from a CDC grant to the State of Indiana.

What We’ve Done:

1. •Hosted a Health Summit for all local public health organizations to determine needs
   

2. •Featured at the “County Health Rankings” National Press Conference by former State of Indiana Health Commissioner, Dr. Judy Monroe
   

3. •Participated in a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation film documenting the development of our organization
