The Cragun House is open for tours and genealogy assistance on Monday and Tuesday afternoons from 1-4pm. For information please call 765-483-9414. Tours may be scheduled for after hours by calling 765-482-0870.


Lincoln FestivalSaturday, September 11, 2010 - Second annual Lincoln's Lebanon Festival - The Boone County Historical Society, in partnership with the Lebanon Community Arts Council of Indiana, is planning the second annual Lincoln's Lebanon Festival. This event will be from 2-7 pm.

Mr. Lincoln will give a speech at the historical marker at 322 S. Lebanon Street at 1pm. From there he will ride in a horse drawn buggy to Lebanon Memorial Park - Herr Cabin.

    • 2-4pm - pioneer demonstrations
    • 2-6pm- food stand and strawberries & ice cream
    • 4pm - Mr. Lincoln's speech
    • 2-7pm - musical performances by 3 different groups

There will be period games for children and horse and buggy rides around the park ($5 per person). For more information please call 765-482-0870. Admission is free - donations will be used to restore the Cragun House.
