The Cause:
In the fall of 2000, the ZCHS band enrollment was 24 and there was no orchestra, only a private lesson program for string instruments. The coming year promises to have more than 300 high school instrumental students, and there is no sign of a plateau. As the band and orchestra programs have grown, a full symphony orchestra has developed and has earned consistent Gold ratings at contests along with the bands and string orchestras. The ZCHS music department as a whole is proud to have over 500 students involved, and is continuing to grow in size and in quality. Over the last six years, the ZBOP Gala has brought in a variety of professional instrumental music groups and and has musically enriched our students lives. The Zionsville Community is looking forward to the American Rock & Roll style music coming to the Zionsville Performing Arts Center November 7 for the ZBOP Gala!

The Call to Action:
Be an integral part of the continued growth and success of the Zionsville instrumental music programs. Support the Fine Arts in your community, buy a ticket now for a fun filled evening at Gala '09.
